Hi! Well, let's see. I only know what I know on the computer, and admittedly it's probably a lot less than most of you who are reading this. I was reading something online last night about creating play lists in Windows Media Player, but when I tried to follow the directions it seems as if WMP is not JAWS-friendly enough to do this, but then maybe I'm mistaken and just have a problem with following instructions. So, my question is whether or not WMP is a good program to create play lists on my PC or if you use a different program that's any easier. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Creating a playlist with Windows Media Player is easy and accessible. The whole program is completely accessible. Here are 3 ways to do it.
Open the player and press control N. It will ask you to name the playlist. Type your name hit inter. If you goof no worries you can always rename it.
Next you’ll be in playlist arrow down to music keep arrowingArrow until you find the section you want. Example, artist, album, Genre; I choose it buy hitting inter. Next tab down to your list if I know what the first letter is in that artist I can use that letter to take me to all starting that way. Hit inter on the artist, album name and you open the song list. Moving up and down the song list requires that you use the arrow keys. If you go down and want to go up press control and you can change the direction. Example I’m going down, decide to go up, so I press control arrow up. It sticks if you don’t for some reason. Find the song than press applications key. Arrow to add to, right arrow and go down the first is playlist hit inter. Now that song is on the list. Shift tab back up to the main list artist, album hit inter on the one you want to use to clear it than tab down to the list find the next song you want. Repeat until you have your list.
Tab down you’ll find save, but don’t use it if you have already named your list skip to library and your new list will be in there. You can add or subtract from it.
The second way is to go to your music folder. Choose the song you want hit the applications key and arrow to add to Windows media player list. You keep adding songs until you are ready. Now go to the player Tab until you find the list. You can move songs up or down in the list by using the applications key and finding it or you can delete them from the list. Now you’ve got you list tab up or down until you find save list. Hit the inter or space bar name it and you have a playlist. Last you can make a file of songs just like you would any file. Hit the applications key and find add to Windows Media player list. Now that whole file is there. Find the save button give it a name and you’ve got a playlist.
Now you have 3 ways to do it. There is a list of keystrokes to make your player easier to use. Find that info in this section under Windows Media Player. I posted it a while back.
When using the first method when you add a song it starts to play. Hitting alt S stops it, but you can adjust the volume so that you can listen as you add too.Need more help ask.
